Refund policy
Gabsies does not accept returns for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged or you have received the incorrect product, please email us so we can organise an exchange. Please note Gabsies does not cover delivery costs on returns unless the product arrived damaged. This is the responsibility of the customer.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If an item arrives damaged, please email us with photos and descriptions of damage, so we can assess and determine if a replacement, refund or return is appropriate.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by email - hello@gabsies.com
